I have been so busy lately I can barely catch my breath, this cool evening in California I made myself some tea with grapes and dark angels (chocolates), and relaxed and wrote down my menu for Thanksgiving dinner. I am cooking for about 12 this year so I decided to make my rosemary turkeys and a spiced ham. I am going to make a large pot of my sassafras tea, with cinnamon sticks and cloves. Everyone seems to be enjoying my tea, and I have had requests for my recipes. Ahhh doesn’t get any better than tea time and the holidays !
